You're not hiring help. You're choosing an influence.

Finding a nanny on your own means sorting applications, chasing references, running background checks, and hoping your gut is right — all while carrying a full schedule. We do that work, and we do it to a standard we’d want in our own homes.

Not sure yet?

Tell us your situation on a consultation call and we’ll tell you honestly what fits.

Investment

What it costs, and why.

Our placement fee is [FEE STRUCTURE]. It covers the search, the screening, the interviews, and the support that follows.

You are paying for the people we turn away. Most of the work happens before you ever meet a candidate — verifying what’s on a resume, calling references who actually pick up, and passing on the applicants who look fine on paper and don’t hold up in conversation.

Nanny pay is separate and goes directly to your nanny. We’ll help you land on a rate that’s fair for your area and keeps a good caregiver from leaving in six months.

Let's find the right person for your family.

One conversation, no pressure. Tell us about your household and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can help

Hand-picked, trained caregivers for families who want more than coverage.
