What makes you different from other agencies?
Most agencies match on logistics: hours, location, rate. We do that too, and then we go further. Our caregivers are trained on a child development framework and chosen for character, not just credentials. Our founder is a nurse, and that standard runs through everything we do.
What is the framework?
A set of fundamentals we build into daily care: resilience, compassion, structure and kindness. We adapt it to each child’s age and stage, so what it looks like for a toddler is different from what it looks like for an eight-year-old.
How long does placement take?

What does it cost?
