You meet the candidates you like. We help you prepare questions, sit in if you want us to, and we recommend a paid trial day before anyone commits.
Five — The offer
We help you structure pay, hours, guaranteed hours, paid time off, and expectations, and put it in a written agreement both sides sign.
Six — After placement
